You have 2 options: 

  1. Create a completely new project
  • Open the portal menu and click on "Projects"
  • Click on the "plus" button
  • A new task for the project system will appear
  • Enter a project ID and click "Save" (floppy disk icon)
  • The project name will appear in orange at the top of the screen
  • Fill in the fields shown (please note the fields marked with ( ) are mandatory)

  • Do not forget the fields in the other tabs (ie: customer, budget, teams, etc.) 
  • Do not forget to assign the project to a team
  • Click "Save"


2. Duplicate a project (This option gives you the advantage of taking over many inputs from an already existing project)
  1. Open the portal menu and click on "Projects"
  2. Open one of the projects in the table that has similar parameters to the new project
  3. In the project you want to duplicate, click the 2x button (top right)
  4. A new task for project creation opens and the project is named "Copy_Your old project name"
  5. Enter the new project ID and click "Save" (floppy disk icon)
     
  6. The project will appear in orange at the top of the screen
  7. Fill in the fields shown (please note the fields marked with ( ) are mandatory)
  8. Do not forget the fields in the other tabs (ie: customer, budget, teams, etc.) Click "Save"
  9. Click "Save"
