We recommend that a supervisor who works with Time2L Swipe always carry 1-2 additional NFC tags in case an employee forgets theirs. This way the supervisor can clock in their employee with a smartphone (an internet connection is absolutley necessary for this). Follow the steps below:

  1. Open Time2L Tracker and the project the employee is supposed to be working on
  2. Hold the NFC tag to the reader
  3. You will receive a message that the tag was not recognized
  4. Click "Add" in this pop-up
  5. An employee list will open for you to select the employee you want to assign
  6. Select the employee and a pop-up window will open asking you to confirm the selection
  7. Select the employee and wait 30-60 seconds for the employee information to update
  8. Clock in the employee by holding the new NFC to the reader and you will receive the usual confirmation
